DIGITAL VAULT RELEASE AUTHORIZATION

This agreement governs how Vault Content stored within the EverLife Key Digital Vault Service is released to designated recipients.

1. Authorization

By using the Service, you authorize EverLife Key LLC to release your Vault Content to the recipients you designate, in accordance with the instructions and settings configured within your account.

You acknowledge that the Company operates solely as a technology platform executing user-defined and automated instructions.

2. Your Responsibility for Recipients

You are solely responsible for:
Selecting your recipients
Providing accurate and complete contact information
Keeping recipient information current
Ensuring recipients are appropriate individuals to receive your information

We do not verify recipient identity or eligibility and are not responsible for incorrect or outdated information.

3. Delivery Methods and Attempts

We may attempt delivery of Vault Content through methods such as email, secure links, app notifications, or other electronic communication.

Delivery may fail due to factors outside our control, including incorrect contact details, spam filtering, recipient inactivity, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee successful delivery.

4. Trigger-Based Delivery

Vault Content may be released based on your configured triggers, including inactivity, scheduled release, or other conditions you define.

You acknowledge that delivery is based solely on your settings and instructions within the platform.

5. No Verification of Life Events

EverLife Key does not independently verify death, incapacity, or other life events.

All delivery actions are executed based on system triggers and user-configured conditions.

6. Irrevocable Release

Once Vault Content has been delivered to a recipient:
Access cannot be revoked
Delivered materials cannot be retrieved
We have no control over how recipients use, store, or share the information

7. No Fiduciary Role

EverLife Key is not an executor, trustee, fiduciary, or estate administrator.

We do not provide legal, financial, or estate planning services.

You should maintain appropriate legal documents and consult qualified professionals where needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
Incorrect recipient selection
Premature or delayed delivery
Failure to deliver
Misuse of content by recipients

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverLife Key from claims arising from recipient disputes, estate disputes, incorrect delivery instructions, or claims by third parties.

10. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to this Release Authorization.
