This policy explains how EverLife Key monitors account activity and executes automated delivery of Vault Content.
1. Inactivity Monitoring
We may monitor account activity, including logins, app usage, security confirmations, and periodic verification requests.
If you do not respond within designated timeframes, your account may be considered inactive.
2. Notification Process
Before triggering release of Vault Content, we may attempt to notify you using your provided contact methods, including email, app notifications, SMS, or other communication channels.
You may be given an opportunity to confirm your activity before any release occurs.
3. Automated Execution
If you do not respond within the notification period, the system may automatically execute your configured delivery instructions to designated recipients.
This process may be fully automated.
4. Accuracy Limitations
We cannot guarantee that inactivity accurately reflects death, incapacity, or your intent to release Vault Content.
You accept the risks associated with automated triggers.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate contact information
Checking your account periodically
Updating vault instructions as needed
Failure to maintain your account may result in unintended release of Vault Content.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Incorrect trigger activation
Accidental or premature release
Delayed release
Failure to deliver to recipients
7. Recommended Safeguards
We recommend that you:
Inform trusted individuals about your vault
Maintain appropriate estate planning documents
Review your vault settings periodically
