RECIPIENT ACCESS AGREEMENT

This agreement governs access to Vault Content made available to you through the EverLife Key Digital Vault Service.

1. Nature of the Service

EverLife Key is a technology platform that allows users to store digital materials and designate recipients.

We do not review, verify, or validate Vault Content and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any materials delivered to you.

2. Basis of Release

Vault Content is released based solely on instructions provided by the user who created the vault.

We do not verify the user’s legal authority to share the materials with you.

We do not determine whether you are legally entitled to receive the materials.

3. No Verification of Events

We do not confirm the user’s death, incapacity, or intent before releasing Vault Content.

All delivery is based on system triggers and user-configured settings.

4. Acceptance of Risk

Vault Content may include sensitive or confidential information such as personal communications, financial records, or legal documents.

You accept full responsibility for how you access, use, store, or share this information.

5. No Fiduciary or Advisory Role

EverLife Key is not a fiduciary, executor, trustee, or advisor.

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before relying on any materials received.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee that Vault Content is accurate, complete, legally valid, or up to date.

You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Vault Content may contain confidential or personal information.

You are responsible for protecting such information and complying with applicable laws when using or sharing it.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
Decisions made based on Vault Content
Errors or omissions within the content
Disputes among family members, heirs, or third parties
Any damages arising from access or use of the materials

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverLife Key from claims arising from your use or distribution of Vault Content or disputes related to the materials.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

11. Acceptance

By accessing Vault Content, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Agreement.
